Neither Biziyana nor Betbizi:

• holds player funds,

• reputational harm,
• emotional distress,

• or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on published information, third party operator interactions, technical failures, AI generated inaccuracies, delayed information, or website downtime.

All use of the platform occurs entirely at the user's own risk.

In all circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability of Biziyana and Betbizi shall not exceed R100.

10. Platform Availability and Technical Errors

Biziyana provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• continuous uptime,
• compatibility across devices,
• or defect free operation.

Neither Biziyana nor Betbizi shall be liable for damages resulting from:

• cyber attacks,

• delayed feeds,
• inaccurate API data,
• caching issues,
• or artificial intelligence processing errors.

11. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

By utilising Biziyana, users agree not to:

• distribute malware,
• interfere with platform security,
• automate access using bots,
• manipulate affiliate systems,
• impersonate Biziyana or Betbizi personnel,

We reserve the right to suspend access, restrict IP addresses, remove content, or initiate legal proceedings against violators.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Unauthorised reproduction, republication, scraping, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of Biziyana or Betbizi content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. We reserve all intellectual property rights under applicable South African and international law.

13. Copyright Complaints and Takedown Requests

Individuals or entities believing that their intellectual property rights have been infringed may submit a formal takedown request containing proof of ownership, identification of the allegedly infringing material, supporting documentation, and valid contact information. We reserve the right to investigate and remove disputed material where appropriate.
